Very smooth, multi phase interview process. Phone screening and zoom call. Great team and pleasant hr department. I’m just filling in space here to look at other companies salaries why am I not hitting the word minimum
Didn’t get the job but I really wanted it …such a shame really. The interviewer didn’t seem too interested in what I had to say more in getting to his lunch break….

Telephone interview via recruitment agency to determine suitability for role. Then face to face interview with store manager. Lasted about an hour. Although it was a formal interview, the questioning was conversational and I was put completely at ease.

Asked about how I inspire excellent performance in others and how I would deal with poorer performance/ misconduct issues. Questions were asked in "Tell me about a time" format e.g Give me an example of how you have improved the performance of a member of your team
