Phone and Face-to-Face process, both sessions were alright. There were a few rounds of intensive inquisition but it was not too provocative. Interviewers looked young, energetic and jovial. You can have time to think before answering.

First general talk. Second solving business question with 2 day prep. You need to present in form of presentation. Third conversation with account director too see if fit. Tough questions.

All interviews are a 3 panel interview. Pretty easy. Will consist of your future manager and 2 other people that are available at the time. Will last around an hour.
