      Quality Assurance Role Interview

      8 May 2013
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at NIKE

      Interview

Initial communication was an email from a recruiter to set up an initial phone screen. Phone screen with the recruiter lasted a little over 20 minutes, basically walked through resume and went over any initial questions I had. About two weeks later had a longer, more detailed phone interview with the hiring manager. More in depth questions about my previous work experience and also asked some behavioral questions. A few days after the second phone interview I had a Skype chat with 4 people (hiring manager and potential coworkers) that lasted about 45 minutes. Questions in that one focused on relating my experience to Nike's values. Offer call came a few days after the Skype interview.

      Question 1

Nothing too unexpected, since I had stories to illustrate company values ready going in.
