NICHOLAS AIR interview questions

Process was great at first, had a phone screen call and then an in person interview 2 weeks after that. In person went good, thought I could've done better. But then they ghosted, I sent a follow up email 2 weeks after the 2nd interview, and heard nothing back at all.

Nicholas Air reached out via email to confirm my interest in the position and schedule a telephone call for a phone interview. We then had a phone interview, and I did not advance further.
