Long interview process including face to face and countless telephone calls. Long waiting in between and always having to chase up. The HR department leaves a lot to be desired and the norm seems to be messing people around for extended periods of time. Buyer beware if you are interviewing here. The company seems to be in a flux and the HR department and hiring managers reflect this. A bad experience all round which made me re-consider if I want to potentially work at such an employer.
