Two people. Setting V. Interpersonal approach by one, formal by the other.
Asked about experience, asked about background, asked about situational awareness. Asked about intransigent stuff but deflected appropriately and with tact. Maintained professional boundaries despite perjection of personal questioning.

was an inperson interview with two managers. questions were general behavioral and about the nhs values. there are only one round. was not that difficult. only problem is that we should keep answer without any hesitation.

Fairly easy but you do get asked a lot of questions regarding your experiences and company values. Just make sure you do a lot of research around your company values
