3 rounds interviews, first phone screen, then panel, then leadership. transparent and communicative. interviews were somewhat easy. questions were straight forward. no gotchas. lots of room for questions and office tour was nice.
It started with a Telephone interview, followed by a Teams interview followed by a presentation interview. The presentation was a really heavy lift and was specific to the advertised role.

I felt the interview went well, the feedback during the session was energised and enthusiastic. When I didn't get the role, I had to push for feedback. I was told they were looking for someone with experience in the NHS. Sadly, this was not disclosed earlier. I felt they'd exploited my time and experience to get free ideas.
professional no issues or complaints, they did a good job making me feel comfortable and give me information on the company. there was no wait and they were responsive at all levels to all of my questions.
