How do you deal with pressure and last minute requests
First you do all the application via the online portal, in person interview with 2 managers plus someone from the HR team. Also shown around the department by a team member
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NHS in Nov 2023
Interview
The interview process was simple. After application there was just one short interview with three people. In-person was an option, but as I was out of the country they were happy to do it on Teams. I got the result the same day.
