Process all done through NHS website including application, interview invitation. The interview is a panel of two or more people and consists of a series of scenario based questions which are then scored by the panel and basically whoever scores highest gets the job. I had approx 20 questions followed by questions relating to flexibility of work times etc

First you have to complete the NHS application for the specific job role. Then if your application is successful you will be Shortlisted for an interview and dates will be confirmed. On day of interview you will be asked question by 3 members of the panel, 1 internal member and two external members. Your interview will be based on scoring and if your successful you will be offered

Interview
Applied and asked for interview after few weeks. Interviewed by few staff members via Microsoft Teams. Asked about myself and generic questions about the job. Lasted about 30 minutes and had to do a maths quiz online afterwards, nothing too complicated.

They asked me to wait for my turn and then sat me and started asking me questions. they follow a Standard process and, they asked about safety and respect in the work place.
