Applied for the volunteer Physiotherapy Assistant role and got an email inviting me to book an interview slot.
Interview Process:
One interview, focused on the Orthopaedic ward setting. The format was conversational but fairly clinical in focus.

Question 1
Most questions were around post-operative care scenarios — things like how to support a patient recovering from joint replacement surgery, mobility precautions after orthopaedic surgery, and how I’d respond if a patient was in pain or reluctant to mobilise. They wanted to see clinical reasoning even though it’s a volunteer role, not just enthusiasm.
It was very easy because it was a volunteering job so it was not difficult at all because all i had to do was submit a form about why i am passionate about physiotherapy to this email
