Easy process, from applying to interview. All online and can easily call the ward your applying to or email to manager to look round first. Nice to see how the ward is being run before interviewing as can see if fits your style of nursing.

5 questions. Lovely interviewers, value-based questions and nothing to try and trip you up. It was my first interview and a lovely experience. I was offered a job but declined for another role I was offered with a different Trust.
