Interview
Submitted application through a connection and received interview invite. Was asked questions about basic M&A transactions. Interviewers were very rude and made personal attacks—overall, one of the worst interview experiences in my life.

Interview
Two-step interview process. First, a 1:1 interview with CEO, and then an interview with directors (including CEO). Got notified with the result in the late afternoon that day. Got asked if I am able to start the job in a couple of weeks.

Question 1
CEO (now fired) was a subpar manager asking inappropriate and irrelevant questions. The other directors were all very gentle and knowledgeable, yet seemed used to CEO's behavior and unable to do anything about it. Not too many technical questions but general questions with respect to macroeconomy/market situation and venture investment thesis. One of the questions was if I could execute investments in any side-sector besides a specialty-sector.
