It was generally pretty easy. Sat down with Roma and discussed my intentions and interest regarding the internship program. She was very kind and eager to help me in any way.
Zoom/FaceTime call. Straightforward, conversational, and focused on background, interests, and fit. Covered past experience, sustainability exposure, and availability. Clear communication, weren't any formalities, and was a relaxed, easygoing interaction throughout.
It was a very relaxed and quick interview. It was done over facetime and lasted about 5 minutes. The questions were basic but insightful questions that showed if you knew what you were talking about.
