NFL Director interview questions

No process or options for strategy and my skills were aligned directly to the role but no consideration or conversation just an assessment that was irrelevant to the role. I received no feedback.

They did a total of 4 interviews and then ghosted me. Why do 4 interviews just to disrespect me. I even followed up and they said we are making a decision in a week or two and ghosted me again. I rather not work for a company that treats candidates so poorly. What would one expect once hired - even worse treatment. Why waste my time doing that many seperate interviews ?? Unfortunately I am quite disappointed with NFL, it is not positive culture.
