Straightforward interview. Asked personal and technical questions, what you know about the company already, if you have used the system before and what you would bring to the team. All in all was a very good interview.

Interview
The process was incredibly long winded. It took me a full calendar month to hear back from the recruitment team about my application. The interview itself was quite nice and easy. It was hosted remotely, and lasted for about 45mins. There was a good/balanced mix of customer service/IT first line support questions. Unfortunately, I was not successful, even though the interview itself went extremely well. However, I was provided with no feedback, which was a bit discouraging.
