I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NEXT (Wakefield, England) in Oct 2023
Interview
The first thing they asked was me to tell them about myself and the experience I have in relation to the job being applied for. Later, I was was given a ten minute quiz on an electronic device. Then finally I was taken to a room where I was shown a fifteen minute video about the company after which I was asked to mention any three things that stood out for me in the entire video.
Process involves an application online and selecting which hours you wish to work, if you are successful you are offered an interview and a start date to which you then confirm, then an email is sent with the contractual hours on offer
