We got put in a group and was given a brief e.g. a child is going to see a Christmas lights display, so wants to dress up but stay warm and you had to create an outfit for them using clothes in the store

Applied online, got invited to interview over phone call (called from No Caller ID). Was told I should bring a form of ID. Went in, had ID checked and was taken onto the shop floor. Was given a guide in general of where everything is then told to tidy up the perfume display and had a few customers approach and ask where things were. Observed how I interacted with customers and then was called and given a scenario where a man was looking for something to wear to a wedding in December and told to look for an outfit. Did that, showed and explained the outfit. Was then emailed the next day that I’ve got the job
