      Interview

easy going interview, asked questions on education and current employment. asked when I could come for a trial shift. trail shift was just an overview of what I would be doing. I had to approach customers and ask if they needed help and also if I didn't get the job (which I did) they give you £10 cash or voucher in hand either way.

      Sales Team Interview

      15 Jul 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Sunderland, North East England, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NEXT (Sunderland, North East England, England) in Jun 2018

      Interview

Heard getting a job at next was difficult. Honestly it isn't. Simple questions, verbal and maths, as well as personality questions. Get through that stage and there will be an over the phone interview, a few days later. Simple interview, easy, relaxed questions. Much better than a face to face interview. Can relax in your own home. But be ready for a call at anytime. After that you will be invited to an assessment. This assessment is basically just doing the job. You'll be supervised. Make sure you engage with customers, they are the no. 1 priority at next. Then if successful you'll be offered the job there and you get a £10 gift voucher and a start date.
