A telephonic round followed by an in-person round, depending on the performance of the candidate and also the urgency of the position. All of these followed by a MCQ test.

It was a panel of 4 who asked questions from the field as well as interpersonal skill questions .Also i was given a case situation to deal .Then there a machine test for 30 mins on basis of random question on I.Q.
