The whole interview process is very well-organized. The senior recruiter and the recruiting assistant worked closely together as a team. All the interviews were scheduled based on both the candidate’s and the managers’ availability, which felt very respectful and comfortable. Each interview was fixed at a 30-minute time frame per manager.
