This was the most awkward interview experience. They aren't upfront about the what to expect in the interview process or what the job entails. This is a door-to-door position that is only commission based and you have to carpool to the work location everyday. The gentleman that interviewed my group seems like he hasn't interviewed many people, which made it an awkward experience.
