There was a phone screen with HR, then a technical interviews with an employee and one with the hiring manager. Each interview was more difficult than the last. It took about 3 weeks.

It was a two on one interview over the phone where I received a lot of questions regarding my knowledge of basic recruiting practices. Be prepared to know about employment laws as well as going through various situations you have gone through in the workplace.
