NEOM Organics London interview questions

A strong interview process where I met the Head of Brand, Culture and Engagement Manager and Social Media Manager. It was a relaxed atmosphere with a task on the second interview.

First stage interview was with hiring manager via Zoom, approx 30mins mainly to understand individual and background experience. Second stage interview, this involved preparing a presentation to present to 3 individuals including hiring manager. The interviewers were 10mins late to begin with, and post presentation questions were chaotic and unorganised. Following this I was asked to send my presentation over, for which I never received a response email which felt very rude considering the time taken over this work. It has now been 3 weeks since I had my 2nd stage interview and I have had no response from the company. Overall, very poor experience and feels like a good escape!
