Interview
The office is in a run down strip mall. The business was not signed. The hiring manager was more interested in checking out his cell phone than interviewing me. Questions were not answered. I was told those answers would come with the call back interview which never came. It is basically a sales position to market AT&T. I would not have accepted the job had I been offered it. It just all seemed to shady and unprofessional.

Question 1
There really wasn't much asked except a couple of questions off of my resume.

Interview
BEWARE! Called NELL Executives, received a call back the same day and got an interview the next day. I arrived early to what was a dirty strip mall with no signage for the company on the door. The office had barely any furniture and looked as if they had moved in the week before. I walked in and had to greet the receptionist because she was busy on her cell phone. She handed me an application and I finished within 5 minutes. I then sat there listening to the employees in a meeting as well as the sound of people urinating in the bathroom because the office was so quiet. At this point, two other interviewees arrived in the office, also being made to wait over 25 minutes past their appointment time. When I finally got called in, the interviewer did not ask me about my experience but instead asked me about myself. I tried to tell him about my past jobs and he did not seem interested. When I asked for more details about the job, he repeatedly circumvented my questions and would not give me any information. He said that if I get to a second interview, that is the time they talk about the position(?!). I could not find any information on the website, which is poorly made and also does not describe what they do. He used the word "face-to-face" often and would not reveal what exactly that meant. My gut feeling is that it is door-to-door sales. The interview did not last as long as my waiting time (he spoke to me for less than 15 minutes). When I left, there were even more people in the receptionist area waiting to be interviewed. The whole process was extremely unprofessional-- do not waste your time.
