Interview
Hiring was started from recruitment services company, 1st interviewed was by the executive of this company for filtering candidate. When shortlisted, then second interview with client was arranged.
At client, interviewed were conducted with the users (Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer), Human Resource Manager as the first round. They updated the result to the recruitment services company, then the negotiation processed was in placed to arrive at the agreed term and condition of the employment. Finally the Letter of Appointment is the document to be signed by both parties as a result.
