Question 1
They are C++ shop. You may be asked C++ question. They have desktop applications developed on Air/FLex and have backend on Java. The ask you in depth Flex questions. Almost drill you for an hour on that. engineering manager asked many questions based on my resume. Java interview was mostly on Spring and Webservices.
