The company HR called me and explained the requirements. I interviewed within 10 days and they took a week to inform me about my selection. Overall, I had a good experience.

Contacted by a IT consultant. Followed by a 20 min telephonic interview. Then around 3-4 days later they called for a F2F which was about an hour long. The following week they made the offer.
