The interview process was very seamless and coordinated. They made sure I was able to get to the interview location, and always were available to take questions that I may have had before hand.

Question 1
What is an example of a time you had to overcome challenges with a colleague?
Panel interview (with three people) over a video call. They took turns asking questions, apparently they asked the same questions to each candidate. They were all behavioural questions. There was no back-and-forth. They asked a question, I responded, then they asked another question, and so on.

I applied online. I interviewed at NCUA (Boston, MA)

6 questions. Very scripted so hard to gauge the emotions of the panel. Lots of questions regarding organization, project experience, team work. They decide pretty quick and move you to the next step. They ask for and contact references.
