An initial phone screen to learn more about the role and a follow up zoom meeting with a a manger. The interview was a mix of questions, overview of the role and a power point walk through.

I heard from a rep after a few a days of submitting my resume and application. Within that week was scheduled for another follow up interview and call. The interview was a combination of questions, talking through my background and experience and listening to some clips of a call and what would be a typical conversation in the day to day.
