I interviewed at NCS Credit (Highland Heights, Cuyahoga, OH)
Interview
Very long. The first round of interview was with the recruiter/ job poster, then I had to take a personality test. After that- there were 2 more phone interviews scheduled separately. Then I went to an in person interview that lasted over 4 hours between 4 different people separately.

Question 1
In the final round interview, the last person who interviewed asked me to describe myself starting at my junior year in high school.
Phone interview with President of company. Interview scheduled via email response from President through job application submitted on Indeed. I thought it was weird that I was dealing directly with the head of the company and not HR given its size, but reviews stated there is no HR at the company (I didn't ask to confirm, but it would make sense). First question I was asked was "Go back to your junior year of high school and you are deciding on colleges and tell me how you got from then to now" (not a direct quote but it's close). This really seemed strange to me, given I've been out of high school for a decade, but sure, okay, we can talk about high school. I basically just restated my resume and talked about why I chose the college I did. We talked about my work experience and she discussed the company and exactly what they did. Interview was fine, but I thought it was weird that HR didn't interview me, or at least do a pre-screen. Negative for me was that I was given a notice email from Indeed that they chose not to hire me, then the President emailed me about 4 days later. Email people first, then change Indeed, especially if you don't intend to email for quite a few days.
