It was not a professional way of interviewing any candidate. If its a video call interview then not only candidate should switch on their camera, interviewer should also be on video mode. Otherwise its a very unprofessional way of interviewing a candidate. These simple things makes a big difference because during interview you are talking to your potential team members and you should have respect for them.

Three technical interviews. All interviews were online using zoom/meet. Most of the questions were about design patterns, OOP, and SOLID principles. Got a little task to write producer consumer with threads (multithreading).

15 mins with HR
1 Hr IT Test (According to areas of your experience)
1 Hr Go through content in IT Test with an engineer
1 Hr Analytical question
If everything goes well, 45mins with the team manager.
