Webex call with HR. Was going well until conversation about salary I was asked my salary expectations, and was told that it was too high. When I asked what the range was for the position, the representative refused to tell me. HUGE red flag that they expect me to participate in a month and a half long interview process with no information about how much the job pays. Seems like they want to take advantage of my time and hope I will accept a lowball offer because the interview process took so long. The sad thing is, my salary range is negotiable, but that requires the company to be up front about what they pay, No thanks, NCR.
First Recruiter interview just to discourse my experience and what I was looking for in terms of compensation and then group interview was scheduled after 2 weeks. I spoke to the Team Leader and a director and it was a good interview.

I met with two upper managers and several coworkers. There were five 15-30 conversations that let me gage the employees and culture. The process was over a two week period.
