The interview process was straightforward, there were 40 students from either MCA or BTECH courses, and we had to clear 3 rounds, 2 technical and 1 HR. Only 8 people out of the 40, including me, cleared all the rounds and then the company put me on hold , even though they had close to 19 openings, they only chose 4 out of 40 people. I dont understand why companies let a person clear all the interview rounds and then reject them, doesnt make any sense. Sure they want the best candidate and I would have done the same thing , BUT NCR Atleos kept people on hold for nearly a month which is absurd.
