The overall experience was shockingly bad. A recuriter contacted me on October 2025 asking if I were interested in the position. Given the salary drop I mentioned I would have discussed it with my wife and get back to him in two days. I did, saying I was willing to continue. And I got ghosted. The position was then reopened in January, I applied and contacted the new recuriter, got ghosted again. Till march when I messaged the hiring manager since the position was reopened for the third time. Started the interviewes, got to the last stage of the practical where it usually takes 2 weeks. Before getting to the last stage I told them that I was planning to go on a holiday for two weeks in 10 days. They said first they were going to wait for me to come back, to then asking if I was able to do the pracitcal in 10 days. I accepted, even though with the constrained time and given that the incoming holiday was taking some of my time to conclude the organization. Anyway I did the interview 3 hours before departure, and never a feedback was received even after emailing the recruiter. They mentioned even a week after I was back that they still had a candidate (which means I could have easily done the pratical after the holiday), but never even a "thanks we chose someone else" email. Overall, horrible experience even though the hiring manager and the team met look very nice.
