I first had a video interview that I had to do. This was a little odd because rather than being interviewed by a person, the interview web app prompts you a question, you have anywhere from 30-seconds to 1 minute to prepare and then answer the question within 2 mins. You can re-do each question once over.
Once that was over, I received an email for a phone call interview. The interviewer was really nice and it didn't feel like an interview. We basically just conversed with some behavioral questions thrown in. At the end, The interviewer asked to send her a writing sample. (This was not required but was rather based on the direction of the conversation.)
2 weeks after that, they asked to set up another phone call interview. Following suit of the first one, this was very similar but with no pre-determined questions. I talked to a director this time and it also went well. The next day, I received the offer.
