Interview
I first got an invitation for a video interview. Then got invited to a "red hot hiring event" that was a group interview. It started with a presentation & you got a gift bag. You then had 2 interviews with some of the managers for the department.

Name a time you had to give great customer service & how did you handle it.
They give you a situation and ask you how you would handle it. "Say you have a guy who booked a golf trip but it got canceled theres no way for him to go there and hes upset what would you do"
