NBBJ interview questions

The interview process was fairly smooth. I applied around late Jan/early Feb of 2025 and interviewed virtually around March 2025. I interviewed across multiple studios. My interviewers were all pleasant and friendly. It was roughly a 45 minute interview and the questions were standard. The interviewers asked me to share some of my work and tell them more of myself and my experiences. In the end, there was an opportunity for a Q and A. I got an offer shortly after.

Easy interview. Mainly want to know your passion for Architecture. The process was very straightforward and accommodating. HR was very responsive. The pay was highly negotiated and they spend 2 hours giving 5k extra.
