Interview
It's not a difficult process but you should be very prepared because they could ask you some tricky questions. The most difficult part is the system design but they made me feel nice, it was like a conversation with a peer.

Question 1
1st. Home test. Create an API, no database connection required.
2nd. Pair programming. One problem to solve on Codility/LeetCode low-mid level. Then, a few questions about my implementation.
3rd. System design interview. First they asked me about my current projects and the way we tend to work in my company (CI/CD, agile metodolgies, code management using repositories, etc ).
Then using Codility's canvas I had to solve a problem with all the requeriments well specified from the beginning.
4th. An interview with hiring managers.

Interview
I received a candidate pack that outlined all the interviews. Overall, they’re quite straightforward, just make sure to study LeetCode and system design. That said, don’t underestimate the final behavioral interview. You’ll be under pressure, so it’s important to prepare thoroughly.
I managed to complete the entire interview process and received positive feedback along the way, but I was ultimately rejected in the final stage.
