1. Short 30min interview via Google Duo with the CS Recruiter
2. Invited to a Assesment Center with 4 other applicants.
The assesment center was in a friendly atmosphere. Unfortunately not at the actual work place for CS. We had three tasks to do:
a) Group Excercise: We had 5min time to check three scenarios and as a group we needed to find solutions within 30min and give a small presentation. One question was about a CS agent coming to a new team and he underperforms.
b) 1on1 with a Senior Lead
c) Presentation about a pregiven scenario - how to keep the culture with Hyper Growth, what to do in sickness absence of an agent etc. and 3 follow up questions by the leads doing the interview with you
