First round with HR, second round with a designer, third round design challenge. The people I talked to were very nice and easy to talk to. Even when I did not get the offer, they scheduled a short call to give me feedback which was very much appreciated. The whole process was very positive. The only disappointing part was I didn't write out my design decisions on the slides, assuming I will have the opportunity to explain my design decisions verbally in the next interview as done with client pitches, which inevitably cost me the chance at the next round (a bit of unclarity in expectations there but at least I know for next time).
