I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at N26 (Berlin) in Sept 2016
Interview
At initial stage, means recruiting agency screening was quote good - I’ve converted with polite professional requiters about common topics. Next, my contact was given to N26 recruiter, she was polite and nice person too. As a first stage here I got a task to do some programming exercise, nothing serious, I’ve asked how much time it takes average candidate to finish it, the answer was - 3 hours. Ok, it took me 9 hours just to implement basic requirements of the task (it took me whole weekend). Anyway I’ve passed this stage successfully, and next stage was one-to-one Skype conversation, with a common questions. After that I got an email that I am rejected. Ok, no drama, I’ve asked for feedback, but got nothing, complete ignore from recruiter, who before was 100% responsive and available by skype, but after reject I got - simply no answer. Can’t consider this as decent behaviour as possible employer. If you’d like to waste a weekend and get nothing in return - this company for you.

Question 1
if you see that some one from your team writes a dirty code - what’d you do?
First HR interview, it was nice. Talk about background, motivation.
Second, they sent me code challenge. It's a challenging.
Third, we did live-coding. It's related to complexities.
I'm rejected because of data structures and complexity proficiency.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at N26 (New York, NY) in Nov 2018
Interview

They take about a wewk to review your code and provide the feedback
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at N26 (New York, NY)
Interview
Skype interview with a recruiting partner for 30 to 40 minutes. Really unprofessional body language from the recruiter. It was quite obvious that she was least interested in the process and lacked adequate technical knowledge that's required to assess an engineer. As expected got a rejection email after a day with no valid justification. Poor experience.
