Interview Process Overview:
HR Screening Round – General background, experience, and motivation.
Take-Home Assessment – Consisted of three tasks:
Task 1: Conduct exploratory testing on the Moneyfy app. Share key findings, create a test charter, and prioritize issues based on impact.
Task 2: Build a mobile test automation framework and automate three test cases derived from the test charter.
Task 3: Develop a REST-assured framework and automate API test cases.
Code Review Round – Discussion on approach, design decisions, and improvements in the submitted frameworks.
Engineering Manager Round – In-depth conversation covering test strategy, ownership, cross-team collaboration, and alignment with business goals.
