Makeup Interview: I was asked to bring in a model and do a bridal look. It was a solo interview and the manager gave me 1 hour. The manager pretty much watched me from a distance through the entire interview to ensure I was speaking with my model and explaining to her what I was doing and why.

Interview
It was a bit nerve wracking. They created a culture of competition for sure, instead of feeling like I would be part of a family of artists it felt more like I was competing with others for a job, when they had multiple jobs offered.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at M·A·C Cosmetics (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2021
Interview
1 phone interview & 1 in person interview. One of the best interviews I’ve had in my professional career. Stimulating and intriguing questions are asked. The two ladies interviewing me were really great they made the entire process comfortable for me. Very professional & friendly.

Hiring process was good. They have you fill out a lot of long questionnaires to get to know you. Then they have you film some answers to questions kind of like a virtual interview.
