Mystifly .NET Developer interview questions

I was reffered by a consultancy 1st Round was a On Paper Technical Knowledge round with Some MCQs , Some SQL Related Questions and one Coding Question (Had to write the code) Had to wait quite a bit after it , Then i called for an interview with CTO , HR was there as well. Around 5 Days Later, They called me for a F2F with the Founder/CEO, Was asked to be present in formals for it If you know your Stuff i dont think you will have problems clearing the first round The other 2 rounds are mostly spent to check if the candidate is right fit for the job according to companies vision. They will ask you a lot of questions about your D2D work , so please be honest and give all your answers. EDIT : The Founder was trying to throw a lot of shade in the quality of work that i did for my tenure. while it might actually be sub par, he was trying to sell the work done by his company as ultra modern and a learning opportunity, I dont really know how much of a truth that is cuz basically there is a product and they hire a major chunk of people to integrate their API , i dont see that being such a learning experience. Maybe they did get microsoft code of honor , but does this mean everyone there is writing code in a design pattern or using an IOC container or using ASP.NET Core 2 or UWP.. felt this to be a huge negative. UPDATES : After a Pretty positive Final Round with CEO (Or According to me) I was told that my application is on hold. Feels really let down because i was really looking forward to working here.
