Interview
I applied online, waited about a week to hear back. Then, quick screening/survey online followed by scheduled conversation with HR coordinator about role/expectations. Once mutual interest was established, they sent a link for a DISK assessment. Day of in-person interview consisted of math/verbal skills test, in-person interview with 2 sales VPs. They also asked for 3 references. Final step was an in-person interview with the CEO. Entire process from initial call to decision took less than 2 weeks.

Interview
First, you fill out a brief survey via e-mail. Then, you are asked to do a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview. The phone interview is brief, just some basic questions. I was not asked to do an in-person interview, but do know that you interview with the 2 VPs of Sales.
