Myntra Sr. Manager, Design interview questions

Hr reached out to me and after Hr round and the first round of interview with the hiring manager, I was asked to do an assignment. They say its a company wise policy and every candidate must go through an assignment round. I agreed and they sent me a mammoth of a task (no, kidding, that assignment would take somebody 10 work days to close if they wanted to do quality work) . Anyway, moving on, I believed that Myntra being one of the best employers in the country will have the basic decency and manners of dealing with a candidate at mid-management level. BUT NO, they are just like any other desi employers. THEY GHOSTED ME. No acknowledgement for the assignment sent. They dont value the time and efforts of their candidates, Not saying you must give me the job just coz i worked on the assignment. All I say is - be professional and respect your candidates and the least you can do is acknowledge emails. Please dont accept assignments from them. Most likely they don't have the budget but they will still send out a painfully long task to you only to ghost you in the end.
