Group interview, Discussing business history and hypothetical sales situations. Had to present a sales pitch of a random item. Had to discuss gift-giving. We had to show sales skills and knowledge of the business and knowledge of the department we wanted to work in.
Great timely interview, process was long but fair. unfortunately the role was not for me in the end but the staff were very lovely, took the time to get to know you, and understanding.

Where do you see yourself in our company in 5 years?
Everyone was not so very friendly, asked multiple questions about yourself, your past experiences, your salary expectations and so on. Does not look like they have a good management either.
