Applied online and had a telephone interview. Applied and had interview the same day. Interview process was very simple and not very professional. It was more like a chit-chat between 2 people. I was asked about my work history, my strengths and weaknesses, etc.

Applied online and interviewed by phone. I missed the first interview but was able to reschedule. The position at that time required excellent grammar and customer service along with cable/dsl internet. Sales skills were also valued.
