Very easy, only interviewed directly with hiring manager. The hiring process was quick, onboarding was easy and I hit the ground running on my first day. The entire process took about a month from first meeting until onboarding.

Interview was very transparent about the job. 45-50 hours a week, every other Saturday for $60k. They are growing but that is $23/hour for a management position. Good starting position for someone who wants to run a business.
