It was extensive and deliberate with several interviews, including with the Founders. This isn't a negative, but be ready for the efforts. My sense is it's a combination of the company seeking to learn from your experience and them vetting you broadly.

Interview
I met with the lead Marketing Manager and it was very real and uncut nothing fancy or invasive. The job was not oversold but come dressed to impress and know exactly why your a good fit for the position.
